I provide structured integrative care for dogs requiring rehabilitation, maintenance, or proactive wellness support. To ensure measurable recovery and long-term resilience, my work is delivered through structured pathways rather than isolated visits.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

A comprehensive assessment, and initial treatment session. Required for all new cases.

STRUCTURED CARE PLANS

For dogs with chronic conditions, complex rehabilitation needs, or long-term mobility goals, I provide structured care plans. These are committed pathways designed to ensure continuity, measurable progression, and long-term stability.

Our care plans are entirely bespoke, reflecting the unique physiological requirements of each dog. Following the Initial Consultation, we will discuss a tailored roadmap and structure that supports your dog’s specific recovery and longevity needs.

RENTAL: LASER DEVICE

To support continuity of care and maintain treatment consistency between scheduled visits, selected professional-grade therapy devices may be available for private weekly rental for established clients.

This supportive home-care service is offered in line with UK veterinary professional guidance and, where required, with prior referral or consent from your veterinary surgeon. It is intended as a professionally supervised adjunct to your pet’s wider veterinary care plan.

Weekly Rental: £1,500 + VAT
Bespoke Home-Use Protocol: £600 + VAT per pet, one-off cost

What is included in the protocol?
Each rental requires a personalised, device-specific usage protocol to support safe and appropriate home application. This bespoke guide outlines treatment areas, session durations, recommended frequencies and essential safety considerations, tailored to your pet’s current needs and existing care plan.

Device rental is a supportive modality designed to help maintain consistency and continuity between appointments. It is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, primary veterinary treatment or emergency care.

THE SYNERGY PROTOCOL & TREATMENT FREQUENCY

Optimal recovery is achieved by working with the body as a unified system. Our methodology integrates Advanced Medical Laser, Herbal Medicine, Clinical Manual Therapy, and Botanical Science to modulate the internal environment.

By addressing physical, metabolic, and nervous system health simultaneously, we can clear the pathways of inflammation, accelerate cellular repair, and fortify the body’s natural resilience. In accordance with UK regulation, all rehabilitative care is provided in collaboration with your primary Veterinary Surgeon.

  • Intensive Phase: 3 sessions per week. Working within 72-hour intervals allows us to maintain the cumulative energy and neurological signalling required for deep tissue repair and systemic restoration.

  • Therapeutic Support: 2 sessions per week. Once the body’s innate healing capacity is activated and inflammation is stabilised, we begin to transition toward independent recovery.

  • Maintenance & Resilience: Once a week or less. The final goal is for the body to take over, moving into a maintenance phase to prevent or reduce relapse and support long-term vitality.

TREATMENT PATHWAYS

  • Recovery Pathways: Intensive support for post-surgery, acute injury and flare ups.

  • Vitality & Maintenance: Management for senior dogs, chronic allergies, chronic inflammation, chronic illness or metabolic health.

  • Proactive Optimisation: Year-round clinical support for canine longevity.

Multi-dog households: Structured care plans can be shared between dogs in the same household. Details and tailored pricing are discussed individually following the Initial Consultation.

BOOKING POLICY

• To Secure Your Session: Payment is required in full to confirm the appointment. This can be done via bank transfer (or cash if agreed). A formal invoice will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed.

• Cancellation Policy (one-off appointments): I understand that plans change. For initial consultations and one-off appointments, I offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the visit. With less than 48 hours' notice, the session is charged in full.

• Ongoing Treatment (regular weekly slots): Once your animal joins my regular diary, your weekly slot is kept just for you. Most of my patients need regular, long-term care, so I can't fill short gaps with new clients.

If you need to change a session, please give me at least 48 hours' notice and I will try to move it to another time in the same week.

Illness and emergencies are handled with flexibility, at my discretion.

For holidays and planned time away, booked sessions are charged in full to keep your slot. Or you can give up your slot and rejoin the waiting list. Any sessions before a regular slot opens up are at the Urgent Care rate, if I have space.

My own closure dates are shared well in advance, so holidays can be planned around them.

• House Visits & Appointment Times: Visit days are booked in advance, and exact times are agreed at the end of the week before. This lets me plan my driving route across London, so I can arrive on time and see all my patients. Once the route is set, changes to agreed times may not always be possible.

• Urgent & Out-of-Hours Care: My practice currently operates at full capacity with a standard intake waitlist of 8 to 14 weeks. To maintain the clinical integrity and dedicated focus each patient requires, my regular diary is strictly limited.

For acute and urgent cases requiring immediate holistic support alongside conventional medication, a very limited number of Urgent Care sessions are available outside my regular diary, for patients who cannot wait for a scheduled opening.

Urgent Care (weekdays): 50% surcharge

Evenings: 100% surcharge

Weekends & Bank Holidays: 100% surcharge

Please note: Treatment plans that begin via Urgent Care continue at the Urgent Care rate until a vacancy occurs within my regular diary.

• Integrated Care: As a holistic practitioner, I work alongside your primary veterinary team. Depending on your animal's condition and the therapies involved, a veterinary referral or consent may be required before treatment begins. Please have your vet's practice name and contact details ready when booking.
