Treatment Description

An initial 50-minute session in which we will discuss your dogs lifestyle, health, diet, challenges/health conditions and goals in detail. This will include details about the dog, the reason laser and/or massage is sought, the dog's character, temperament, a brief case history and any diagnoses, whether or not medical laser therapy has been offered before, and if so, further relevant details.

  • I will assess your dog's posture and conformation in a stationary position.

  • Palpate all over the dog. This helps to identify pain responses, areas of swelling and changes in muscle tone.

  • Assess joint range of motion of the spine and limbs.

After this thorough assessment we can identify a problem list and establish if or what treatment(s) is required. The outcome of the assessment is a suggested treatment plan, sometimes a combination of medical laser therapy, massage and reiki can be recommended. The treatment plan will be discussed with the owner.

Suggested treatment plan will be discussed, agreed and reviewed as necessary, with the aim to build healthier habits and make sustainable changes that can improve your dogs health, wellness and happiness. with the option to change it at any time according to progress.
